Comments:
Many of the jurors, as well as the Lyceum Committee organizing members, were drawn to the beauty of the colorful, pixilated roof solution. While the ephemeral qualities of this design were quite seductive, the jurors ultimately decided they were being seduced by the intent of the design and that in the final analysis, this entry lacked the level of architectural resolution seen in the prize winners.
